I just got the quick leg wraps that have the pillow wraps built in and I can't wait to start using them. I'll report back later to let you know how it goes. Once I save enough money, I'd like to get the exercise sheet as well.
II have been using the pillow standing wraps on my horse for the past 4 months and see a big difference in her. She is currently recovering from a chip fracture to the right front and the Back on Track wraps are speeding along her recovery. She is a 20 year old American Warmblood. My vet came out a few weeks ago and very impressed with her recovery. I have notice how much these wraps keep the extra fluid out of her joints which is great during the hot spell we had back in April. Other people were complaining about the swelling in their horse’s legs due to the hot weather but not me. Her legs look perfect. I plan on using this product on any horse I have and have recommended to a few friends.
I have been using the Back on Track blanket on my horses for about 3 years now and it has made their backs so supple and able to keep up with their heavy work load.
I was at a show this past weekend and noticed that Back on Track makes polos. Lisa, can you tell me a little bit about how they work and what the advantages are?
BACK ON TRACK therapeutic products have ceramic infused fibers that reflect the body heat like far infrared wave, reducing inflammation, increasing circulation. The products help prevent injury, speed recovery, and reduce warm-up time. With use of the products, it helps keeps muscles to stay soft and loose.
The products should help conditions of arthiritis. Results are different for each person.
In December I took an "unscheduled dismount" off a youngster and have had back issues every since. I picked up a back on track back brace while in the states in April and find that it keeps my back from getting stiff and I can wear it while I ride or any time. It isn't a muscle support belt, its more like a mobile heating pad so i would think that their products would work very well for arthritis.....As near as I can tell it seems to reflect the heat your body is already producing back to itself ... though I'm sure thats not how they describe it.
There is a back on track blanket in the barn where a number of friends ride and they all say it works wonders on their horses. They use it as part of the warm-up before they groom and they all say their horses' backs are noticably improved. I'm not exactly clear on how the blankets work. Are you able to give me a few details? Thanks very much. Also, are the products helpful on human conditions such as arthritis?
