Reward for info leading to the identification of the person(s) responsible for the abuse of Beau Jingles

We have a flyer available - please feel free to post it on other forums, or e mail to those you think might be interested.

When Beau was taken to Sunkissed Acres Rescue and Retirement, he was less than a one on the Henneke scale. He was four years old, and so starving, and so weak, he ate gravel if you did not hold up hay to him. Please help us identify who was responsible for Beau's deplorable condition, so that he did not suffer in vain.

We are hoping to identify past owners so that we can figure out the trail that led him to becoming so starved and dehydrated. We know that at one time, he was cared for and loved.

He was found with a clean halter, unworn shoes, and no mud or debris on his coat or in his mane or tail - after weeks of sloppy, wet weather. The vet firmly believes that he spent the last few months penned up in an enclosure and was not given food.

Do you have any information at all that might help? Any clues?
