This month on Equine Business Coaching we are all about figuring out where, how and on what should we be investing our time on a day to day basis in order to see the best return on your most precious asset, time, in your business.

Streamlining your schedule is often one of the most difficult things we can tackle related to our productivity, however figuring out a workflow and routine that supports all the necessary ‘maintenance’ items in your business, while at the same time putting focus on continuously growing your business can be one of the biggest game changers in your business.

By doing this, you can begin to leverage your available time and commitments into far greater productivity and profitability… And isn’t that what we all seek in our business and lives?

This February, we will go deeper into dissecting your schedule, de-cluttering your calendar and start turning your ‘work hours’ into high profitable, super productive chunks that we can begin to see instant results from.  Each week we will target a specific area so that by 28th February, you will have a schedule that works for you!

We are kicking this series off with identifying your Most Important Actions (M.I.A’s) that are moving you towards achieving your goals daily.

Often we end up getting so caught up and distracted ‘in’ our business, that we tend to allow the important things like working ‘on’ our business to slip by the wayside… Not good folks, not good!

So what constitutes working ‘on’ your business, rather than in it?

Anything that is growing your business or moving your business forwards… Not things that are maintaining or servicing your business on a day to day basis.

Now, this is not to say that we should ignore those day to day tasks, without which you just won’t have a business to work on, but rather have at least 1 task every day; the first task of the day, be something that will contribute to greater profitability and / or putting you in-front of brand spanking new potential clients or customers.
