Hi Jackie,

Thank you for the welcome, it is really nice to be back.  You are right I do love jumping, but even more cross country.

What about you?

Regards, Linda

Thank you so much. It is one of my favorites of her. But with her she is very photogenic. She is one of those horses that always seems to look good in any photo! Not so much with my other horse - we always seem to need to set him up. :)

Hi Jaclie. I'll have to try that. It sounds better than what Ive got so far. I was hoping that one would be smarter than the other and could be renamed Budwiser. But that seems a poor name for a belgian. I also thought to name him after where he came from. But B.C. Bud isnt really a good name either.

Thanks for the welcome, Jackie. What a wonderful website! I could spend hours here, reading and viewing...(but must tear myself away now to work!).

Hi Jackie

Well its notes as "The arest of the Rare" It was published in 1910-hardcover.The author is Rudolf Jordan Jr.

The book is in excellent condition-pictures are like new-no tears-no missing pages.

Very slight wear on the hard cover.

Ive been told it is classic. It has to  do  with  the Gait of the American  Trotter and Pacer-Standardbreds if you  didnt know.

The actual  title is:

THE GAIT OF THE AMERICAN  TROTTER AND PACER.

Ive got feelers out trying to determine whats this book is worth.

If you have any suggestions let me know.

Have a great  day

larry

Thanks for your kind comment Jackie. Mr. Maple is a sweetie pie. Emy (a novice jr.) rode him in her first show this past weekend. He sensed she how nervous she was and would come down to a walk or almost halt for her - it was very sweet. She was more determined in her second class and earned high scores and Sunday the pair of them were spot-on.
