I really like it and sure can see the uses and applications. I sometimes use an inner tube filled with sand and have it draped over the saddle to simulate a bit of weight and do a lot of long lineing with it especially when out in the bush with young stock. I am not young any more, so need to find out how the horse accepts things like shadows and movements over top. Once you get a horse muscled up with conditioning to accept your weight you also have a very fit horse.

I think it is an awesome gimmick and want one badly. Thanks for link, another good one of yours.

It doesn't really appeal to me. I wouldn't lung my horses that much that I would need a dummy. It's bad on their legs to be lunged in the first place and with the added weight it makes it even worse. Except for the initial training of a greenhorse I can see it as usefull but otherwise I think it's just pointless.
