Anky World Cup Winner for 2008!

Not sure of the story yet, but the marks show that Anky beat Isabell in the Kur at the World Cup Final this afternoon in Brabant, making her the World Cup Winner for 2008.

Thanks Linda, I was able to get these details this aft...
Anky van Grunsven won her ninth World Cup Finals in her career today. She scored 85.200% and placed first with a fault-free ride. Isabell Werth had one mistake in the one tempi's which cost her valuable points. She finished second with 82.600%. Kyra Kyrklund placed third. American Courtney King closed the ranking finishing 15th because she made an "illegal" triple pirouette.

Wow that is GREAT for Kyra! She must have had a fantastic go on Max. Too bad for Courtney - I wondered what on earth had happened to drop her to last place! She must be devastated!
I find it interesting that Isabell was on top after the Grand Prix but went second to last in the Kur while Anky went last. Interesting 'draw'.
