I am jealous. I am freezing for nothing, I have no snowballs! Its been 36 degrees all day! I am making a special beef stew tomorrow. It made me famous at UF (even with the French) and I made it so often that I burned my Crock Pot out!

It snowed at my farm in Chuluota, which is just east of Orlando! The horses are all in their stalls, heavy blankets on and lots of hay! Tomorrow is to be in the 20's which means even colder at the barn.

WOW! It reminds me of my days at UF. I miss those days, I couldnt afford to put the heater. My Equine Industry books kept me warm in those days...

Yes, just enough to cover a thin layer on my balcony above the barn, my front porch the truck but crunchy like ice crystals!!!!!!!!!!!!It's still out there.

I hear there is snow in Lakeland and frost in Ocala. I live in Tampa Bay and its just freezing!!
