Yes, Centered Riding is a wonderful teaching tool - thank you Sally Swift.  I have been lucky to have a dressage coach/horse trainer who is a fan of Centered  Riding  and was friends with Sue Lefffler, IV Level C.R. instructor.  My coach hosted several clinics with Sue - so much good info and enthusiasm.  Wish all coaches used it.  Some of the "wording" is a bit silly for adult riders I think, but since I' ve ridden my whole life, I was able to take what works for me out of the books and the lessons and apply them to my riding on a daily basis.
