Well said, Cindy!

Welcome here Leanne! I'm in Ontario too. I would love to use my horse for some sort of ministry, but don't know exactly what. I know the director of Youth For Christ in our city, so maybe someday I could take girls out to the barn to groom my horse, etc.. The only problem is making sure it's okay with the barn owner. I wouldn't blame him for being concerned about me bringing strangers to the barn all the time (especially some potentially 'scary-looking' ones). Maybe if God blesses my husband and I with country property of our own some day, I will do something like that.

For sure Lexi.....which is why it is so important to understand how God came to earth to save us by paying the price with His blood so that we can be made perfect in His sight. We really need to accept how much God loved us to come to earth both human and divine in the body of Jesus Christ. And then to allow Himself to be killed by mankind, the very people He loved so desperately, so they could receive eternal life should they believe in Him as their Saviour. It sounds so simple, it sounds so preposterous, it sounds like a fantasy but it is true and it tells us in the Bible the whole story. If we would only read it for ourselves.

Good question Cindy. No one is prefect, and no one does not sin. It is imposible to NOT sin.

Hi all!
I am from Ontario Canada, and I own a almost 2 year old Clydesdale filly!
I was saved when I was very young (not exactly sure when :)
I am planning on using my Clydesdale (Jayda) for reaching out to troubled kids in my area, I have taken a couple kids out to see her and nothing in the whole world beats watching their faces light up when I give them the lead rope and she follows them around.
I am also getting married this September so those plans have got put on hold for a little bit till my life calms down a bit...if that ever happens :)
Jayda needs a bit more training anyways since she has found a pocket of energy and is a bit much for kids to handle right now :P She jumped the round pen the other day from a trot!!! I didn't know she had it in her!
This is a great group and I am looking forward to future discussions.

Good discussion ladies!!! Let's keep it going! So why was Jesus crucified for our sins? What if someone said they didn't have any sin?

Ya, we all still belive that Jesus came to earth as a baby, grew up, and was crucified for our sins (to make a along story short ☺)

I agree, Lexi- The basis for the religion is the same, so the different branches of the religion are mainly the same, with a few differences such as certain beliefs and ways of worship.

All of these denominations are just where/who started different braches of christianity.
Comment by Cindy Jeffery on June 25, 2009 at 8:37am
So what do all these denominations mean? What do you actually believe?
