Thanks for praying everyone, now there's been a change of plans doctor has postponed the stress test because of a cough I can't shake. It's been with me since February, granted I had a cold back then which turned into bronchitis, finally 20 days ago I was put on a heavy powerful antibiotic (clarythmariasin) it got rid of the yellow and green stuff but not the cough. Went to the doc on Friday and she wanted an xray done today. Should know the results by this Friday.
Thanks again for your prayers they seem to be working because I have been experiencing more peace day by day, I have finally come to the place where I can truly leave all this to God and joyful in my circumstance.
Bless you all :-)
Praise item!!
For the past couple of years, my mare has been been getting worse and worse with having her feet done. She has never become mean or anything like that, but she gets fidgety and moves around and will mouth me and so on. It never made a difference whether or not I held onto the lead rope or if I had her in the cross ties etc. I'd tried just about everything.
Due to a recent illness, the girl who has been doing our trims for the past year couldn't make it out (she drives two hours to get here), so I had to get someone else to do it in a pinch this morning. The barn owner recommended this particular fellow, so I thought I'd give him a try. He had never met my mare and me until today. He walked up to my mare, petted her a bit, then picked up a foot and got to work. I have NEVER EVER seen her stand so well for a farrier!!! I was in shock and near tears by the time he was done. And when he was done, he put his arm over her neck and started to rub her neck on her off side and she bent herself right around him! He said she was done, and when I turned her around she just stood there beside the farrier. It was amazing!! I prayed about this farrier before I went to the barn, trying not to worry about how my mare was going to behave and what kind of a guy he would turn out to be. God took away my worries and it was the best farrier experience ever. Praise the Lord!!
Will certainly be praying for you Cindy!!
May God grant you peace of mind as you continue to place your trust in Him :)
Thanks Nicola!
