Hope this doesn't seem too selfish, but I'd like to ask for prayer.  I'm truckless, and therefore grounded from riding away from home.  I have a little saved towards replacing the Suburban I was using for towing, but not enough.  Riding is so therapeutic for me, my emotional state is directly connected.  Can you relate?  Anyway, riding up and down the gravel roads is better than nothing, but it doesn't hold a candle to riding a Competive Trail Ride at a State Park somewhere.  So could you pray that God will lead me to the right deal?  Thanks!!!

Hello all!

Just wondering if anyone is seeing signs of spring, and what your favorite things are about it.

Here in Southwestern Ontario, the sun is shining (at least for today!), the robins and other birds are singing, and there is next to no snow.  I love watching little rivulets of melting snow shimmering in the sunlight.

Yes, the horses are shedding, but it's fun currying just the right spot that sends them into a dreamworld  :o)

Fiske's Animal Care Products has a fundraiser targeted at raising money for horse rescues across Canada. We would love to showcase more horse rescues, and provide the awareness necessary to accomplish what they are capable of.

well, long time no see! i am glad though that there has been some talking going on. we also now have 43 members! Praise the Lord. I am going to be starting a Christian Horse Gals group on facebook (were i will confess i spend most of my time....) as well, so if you have facebook, you can look soon for the group there. So i hope to be hearing more from you and you can hope to be hearing more from me..... :) God bless you all in the upcoming christmas season!

It is a fun job - and I like all aspects of equestrianism so when I start booking my show season I like to include a wide variety of disciplines - hunters, jumping, dressage, a little bit of western - hey its all good

Linda, you have an AWESOME "job" (I'm thinking that most times it doesn't feel like work!). So glad that you were given such a talent and allowed to use it in a way that you enjoy!
