Can we watch the babies play in the field? Last year the cam was great, I could see all the foals as they grew, running and playing.

Hey Heather,

I'm recovering from some pretty serious surgery myself so I know how you must be feeling. A word of advice: Take your time, give your body the rest it needs to make a full recovery. Thoughts and prayers for you.

i am doing great Betty.  shannon and Michael are tending to me and keeping me heavily drugged.  i am not sure if its a way to keep me comfy or if its a conspiracy to keep me quiet.  either way its working.

i am up and walking  every two to three hours and am not hurting as badly as expected. (knock on wood)

I missed it too because she foaled in the middle of the night. I watched her for a while but it was 1 o'clock here and she still hadn't foaled so I called it a night. There are not likely to be any more foals until after Christmas now. That is the usual foaling season here. They are changing programs so not sure how many they will have then.
