This page is dedicated to watching the mares on Mare Stare, starting with the mini donkeys at Half Ass Acres. But be warned....it is highly addictive.

It is alright
I can only advise on miniatures. I honestly know nothing about the larger horses and their market. My apologies. Barnmice Media is correct. There are better forums on this site to post that question.
Sorry for the delay! :)
Heather, what is your opinion on the Texas thing I asked you about
The horse on cam is likely to be Rosie. She was born here several years ago and she comes back when the owners go on vacation. We are "horse sitting". :)
The horse I am seeing now looks like temptation. she has a white rump and tail. she foaled earlier this year.
I didn't see it but sometimes they bring in the older foals for treatment etc. Also Ace will soon be coming in but she is a full grown mini. did she have the colorings of Muse? There is an older foal with similar colorings. (at least in black and white).
What horse is that? That cannot be Muse can it?
Is little Muse ever growing like a weed. She's a beautiful little filly!
Oh, few. I am only fifteen and considering the fact that I am dealing with horse experienced adults, I did not wish to sound foolish. I am so in love with horses, I hope to someday get a horse ranch in Kentucky and breed Western trained horses. I have a question for you though. I went to a vet program with my Dad and the vet I talked to said that if I wanted to breed Quarter Horses or other breeds and train them to do Western riding then the best state to go to is Texas. She said most people forget that Kentucky is the horse racing state and Texas is the horse state, hence all the dude ranches and associations such as the AQHA, and all the Western competitions. What is your opinion on her answer. Would I do better in texas breeding WEstern trained horses and doing Western competitions than I would in Kentucky? ?_?
Absolutely :)
