The foal with the blaze, Journey, is Pearl's foal and it was her first. She will be rebred one time. If she does this again she will no be bred again and we will look into Embryo Transfer.

The Palomino was not supposed to get in that paddock. Someone left the gate unlatched I think.

Which of the two foals is Pearl's? Was this Pearl's first foal? What will happen with her now, will you try to breed her again or not risk her rejecting another foal?

Who's the little one (palomino?) who's causing havoc in the yard?? Nasty temperment, it would appear!

We have had a couple of mares that were high strung, once they got in foal they calmed down alot. It was wonderful and I had no idea that would happen.

My TB mare has calmed down after foaling, but my Welsh Cob mare seems to have more spunk.

love watching the little ones run around it seems that you guys have your hands full with journey he is so full of energy, very lively little guy and when both get running around theres not much room for mom lol so cute!!!!!!!!!just a question when you breed a mare for the first time is it true it calms them down in temperment ...,my mare has never foaled out and she is so full of energy so i just wondering if that would calm her down if anyone could answer this it would be great.
