Prayers and good thoughts for little Traveller. Five more mares? Good grief, you girls stay busy!

Traveller has me worried. He has a respiratory issue which we are treating with antibiotics and monitoring him.

Not sure who will be next Cindy. We will do our best to keep you posted though. We brought in five more mares to foal...weeee LOL

Wow,I was away from my computer for several hrs. and I couldn't believe what had been going on (glad I didn't) with Traveler! I'm sooo glad everything went well with his little eye problem, now I just hope his respiratory problem resolves quickly.

Just to let you all know. Travelers lashes were turned in so the vet sedated him and fixed this problem and also gave him an I.V. antibiotics and probios for his respatory issue. All went well and they are just waiting on him to wake up now.

Please don't panic :)

Traveller had minor surgery to his eyes. His eyelids were rolling under so they had to be tacked up. In order to do this he had to be sedated. He is still asleep.

He has been raspy since he was born and it's getting worse, so he's on antibiotics and probios for his tummy.

Shannon will stay with him until he's fully awake.
