Just curious what is the purpose of sweeping the shavings to the sides of the rubber mats when you clean the stalls?
Also where are you located?

I wish I could post a list here for you. Perhaps the best thing is to give you our due dates listing... www.mulligansrun.com/expecting.php

Pat, most of our babies are for sale. We would love to have you consider one. We have a couple of geldings left from last year too...and one little filly :)

Hi Heather,I have been watching this site for several days now and I just love it!!!! How many of the foals are you going to sell? I am looking for a mini as a companion for my horse who lost his friend last yr.

Sorry for the delay in responding.....
Rach...the minis get a pretty thick long coat (most of them) in the winter and when the foal starts nuzzling looking for the nipple it can eat that hair. This can cause an impaction and death. We believe in being proactive rather than reactive, so we shave the most prominent areas. That doesn't mean the foal won't go to the front to find the nipple, but we stay in the stall and direct them so usually they spend their time at the shaved area looking. :)

Marianne, We calculate our due dates on 320 days. Based on that, Tess was due 2/6 and is now 334 days.
