Dash (cat) has been with Kitty most of the day. If you remember he's our warming that labor is close....normally. Let's see how good he is at predicting this year.
The kitty was just visiting Ms Kitty. isn't that supposed to be a sign?
Miss Kitty looks more "matronly" Although Temptation was acting as though she was in pain last night. (Pawing at nothing, tossing her head, jumping and then running to the window, a lot of lip curls, looking behind herself, and a lot of just pacing) Then after about 4 hours she settled down more again.Since miss Kitty was not restless I doubt the problem was something outside.
We have switched cams a bit as Miss Kitty has a very large bag and is progressing faster. There is always a possibility that the dates on her breeding are off and she continued breeding even though already in foal. Who knows what Mother Nature chooses.....but we watch.
Is Temptation making any progress toward foaling? I just love her blonde eye lashes...
She certainly looks comfy now:)
What a girl that Temptation is. all that nice hay in her crib and she's muching away at her bedding.
Good deal. Just wanted to pass it along, just in case. YOu have started out this foaling season very rough.
It's difficult to see urine on the cam. She is uncomfy for sure, but I don't believe she's colicky. She also has no bag...nothing. Our vet is aware.
I think she might be in early labor but still no kitties. She is very uncomfortable and every few minutes stands really still and takes 3 or 4 quick breaths.
