Thank you so much guys.  We are down to one more mare it seems.  We had Spice but she had to foal on Private Cam per her owner.  she foaled last night and all is well.  I can only say she had a colt...the rest is private.

Vicki seems to be in heat _ we will check her tonight.  That leaves Miss Tonja...our veteran as our last mare.  She is bagging but not close enough to bring in, so for now you get to enjoy the mares and foals on the outside cams.

I am waiting for the last foals and hoping they are real winners. Speaking of winners I would be intereste4d to come back to Mulligans run farm site after foaling season to see news about the shows. Am cheering for Heather and Sannon and company all the way.

Thought a prayers heading your way.  These decisions are never easy, but you guys should be commended on making the best one for the horses.  God Bless you  all.

I am so sorry for you both. I know this has to be tough, and you had so much hope for each pone. It makes the remaining few very nerve wracking.

I second that Betty!

Tough season, I'm sorry for your babies. Biology is so random, sometimes so perfect, sometimes so painful. These unfortunate babies were so lucky to be born with you. They got the best care and the best treatment, what more could anyone ask for. Kudos you deserve and really the book idea is a good one. You and Mom have the experience and the knowledge, it may help other horse people. Sharing is a good thing.

Great seeing color photos of Jet. He is beautiful, muscular and sleek and very masculine.

So sorry about yet another foal that had serious problems. It is so hard when they come all in a bunch like that. Hope the last three are beautiful, healthy and the sex you were dreaming of from the mare in question. Best wishes for the rest of the season.

Well hello Jet...aren't you a big handsome fellow. I bet that is the gate you rolled under. I hope you have figured out that it is better to stay with Mum for a while longer.

I am so sorry to read about Domino. I send best wishes to all.

Photos are of Jet.  Taken yesterday before his escape into the Weanling paddock.
