Teresa, sorry didn't see your question until I replied.  We have had two in one night but three in a 24 hour period.  I honestly think Raven is a go as well.

  Dancer had a very quick birth to a very large colt (for her).  Wishy had a standing birth to a huge filly.  I have been watching and quite honestly, they are both being very good compared to last year.  They are both standing to allow nursing, but not allowing each time which is understandable.  Nursing causes contractions, so while it makes the bag decompress and feel better, it also causes cramps. 

I am sure they are both still uncomfortable but the cramping is a necessary part of the healing process to get their uterus back iinto shape.

Wishy and Dancer arent being very affectionate to their babies. Are they in pain? Is that normal?

Heather, i was just wondering, what is the most foals you have born in one night?

Cause it looks like you could have 3 tonite.  Or Raven is just faking it.

I missed Wishy give birth! o.O

The baby looks great! Can't wait to see a replay if one is available. :)

And now I see that Dancer had her foal as well! OMG I missed a lot just watching TV.

I hope there will be replays. :)

Well done Wishy and her birthing team. another Filly. Heather I guess we found out which mare of yours likes to deliver standing up. all went well though thanks to all of you girls.Congrstulations on two foals in one evening.
