Horsing Around,

Freedom is definitely acting uncomfortable this evening. May I suggest that you can find out a lot about Mulligan Run by having a look at their web site. They are probably pretty busy tonight as tropical storm Andrea is supposed to be passing their way.. They are in NC, ..I am in MA.

We are in Lexington, South Carolina..Eastern Time Zone. She has shown some signs of discomfort, but nothing to indicate that labor has started.

Mares foal when they choose. While its common that they foal in darkness, it is not a steadfast rule.

Since you are new here it's important to note that we are very hands on with our mares. We assist with all deliveries and stay in the stall until we are comfortable that the foal has nursed.

Song is approximately 36" and is registered AMHR and ASPC.

Thank you for joining us in the barn!
