I apologize, but there will be few updates from me for a few days. I am currently in Australia with very limited internet access. Please feel free to refer to our thread at http://latigo.marestare.com/forum/index.php?topic=19805.810 and cross post here.

Hugs!

Dancer must be the next one testing ready. Eve wasn't under the heat light it was for her foal, who's body temperature must be on the low side.

A horse is said to be cast when he lies down or rolls over in a stall so close to a wall that he is unable to get his feet under himself to stand up....Sometimes you can roll him over away from the wall (or fence) if he is not too panicky - but you may have to drag him away from the wall. :)

Another horsey term I'm not familiar with. What does it mean when the foal was "cast"? Or was that a mis-spelled version of caught?
