Sadie's foal was gone prior to labor. The head was back, the legs were twisted and the cord was badly twisted. We were successful in getting him out. We have left him with Sadie so she can grieve and realize he is gone. It will make it easier for her in the long run. Her cam will remain off until we remove her foal.

I pray everthing is ok,I finally got to see the whole thing,I knew she was having a hard time. I hope Sadie and the foal are alright.

The mare wasn't moving a lot while the halter was being put on and the view was blocked of the foal. Hope they haven't lost them both.

I know. My step-sons and I were watching. They asked what happened. I hopes its not bad news. They will be heart broken.
