Hi everyone,

I'm trying to get ownership of my former QH racehorse, Just Chasin the Wind, transferred to me.  I have his papers but the people I bought him from never transferred ownership themselves.

I'm trying to contact his last registered user, Shelly Burton of Holland Landing, Ontario to initiate paperwork, but can't seem to find her - or his other 2 registered owners (R. Finley Bolton of Picton, Ontario or Grande Tyme Stables of Uxbridge, Ontario), either.

Do you have any suggestions on how I can get "Phoenix" registered in my name when I can't locate any of his former owners?
