Welcome, Rafir!
Think so! Were u wild? I was for my first year and a half. Now I live the competitive life! (Since my leg healed!) If u look back a few 'pages' there are pics of us! Eg:Nocturnis, me, etc! Maybe u could show us how u look in other pics!

I am an Egyptian Arabian stallion. My name is MF Moniet El Rafir. I enjoy going out on trail rides and I tolerate being ridden dressage, but the main thing is, I need to know where my mares are. Is this going to become my virtual herd?

I'm back at eventing! I will just take it slowly 4 now. I went to the beach with Flicka yesterday! We had a nice long gallop and I added a few frisky bucks! :D

Today me and my human did Cross-Country! It was very exciting, except for the fact that she almost fell off at the stairstep....:(

Chilly winds have been blowing the last few days. Had to put my jammies back on at night! Yesterday the wind was so strong and gusty that there were moments when mom and I were cantering where I felt like we weren't going anywhere. Made me kick up my heels a bit. Mom just laughed. She's different since we played out in the field the other day. Seems more relaxed. This makes me happy ... :-)

It is like a dream over here! There is so much lush, green grass here! I was lunged a bit and now I'm just out in the field. I am almost healed and the horses are very nice here! I made friends with almost all the horses! The one that sticked around me most and introduced me to the stud was Flicka! I like it here!

I am a star, what can I say?!!! My mom is so proud of me. We cantered out in the back field for the very first time on Saturday during the photo shoot and after feeling a little tentative at first we both finally relaxed and had a happy time. I hope we get to do that again.

And, I must say, my mom does have a way with brushes. I looked smashing! Mom's already seen the photos and she says I look beyond handsome. What does that mean exactly? All I know is that my coat was shiney and glistened in the sun; my feet were scrubbed clean; my mane was perfectly trimmed; and my tail was tangle free and flew happily in the wind. You might see a photo or two from the shoot on Barnmice. Cary Penny was the photographer. He's super nice.

Yesterday I had the whole day off. Mom spent a little time with me in the late afternoon and wasn't surprised to see that I had rolled in the paddock and was covered in dirt. She didn't seem to think I was any less handsome ... ;-)

Good luck with everything, Firestorm. I hope you're feeling better soon and that things work out for the best.

I'm leaving now. The one girl seems okay! She will be my new human. I'll have lots of riders though probably. She promised to take good care of me! My leg is feeling alot better and I'm not limping anymore. My human does need a bigger horse in any case! I'll still miss her though! They brought an arab horse with to greet me. They all seem like a very jolly herd! Her name is Flicka. Sounds quite familiar! She is black with a star. She told me Magic Dream, the famous arab, also stays at the stud! Maybe I'm not going to a riding school after all! And if I can carry on competing, I'll still see my human! I hope it's nice there!
