Hey guys. Enjoy ur photo shoot Bear! I'll be leaving. I can still talk with u guys but 2morrow the people r taking me away... my humans' mom didn't even give me a full week 2 recover! I've never liked her... ]:( Grrrrrrrrrrrr!!! I'll miss my human! She promised to still visit me, but only 1nce a month! I'm going to a riding school. If I heal, they'll use me, if I don't they'll probably sell me, or worse... My human spent the whole day with me, literally. She was told she would get a better horse than me, a less dangerous one! Despicable! Most likely a thoroughbred, but she wants another quarter horse! Oh well. I'll chat some other time. Hope it's nice there! :(

My mother keeps telling me she needs to make me look handsome for the photo shoot tomorrow. I don't know why. I already am handsome!!!

Nevermind ... I like the attention, and if it'll make her feel good, why not. Humans are funny ...

I had to drop out of the Endurance competition due to lameness. :( Even worse, if I don't get better by next week Friday, I am going to be sold! :[ I live the life of Black Beauty! Just renamed Chestnut Beauty! Whinny, Neigh!

Ahhhhh .... Nocturnis he is sooooo cute!!! I hope you and he turn out to be good friends.

My mother joked with me today that she was a little miffed with my antics. I took it upon myself to have a dirt bath (those I can give myself ;-)) and of course she's all concerned about me being clean for the photo shoot on Saturday. I must admit that I got so caught up in the wonderful sunshine today that I totally forgot I wasn't wearing my blanket when I hit the dirt and started coating myself in it. Ooops ... there just was no going back!!!

I'm pretty sure she's forgiven me ... she gave me a lot of carrots today and a molasses treat. Always a good sign ... snort>>

Hay, Mereldis ... good to have you on board. Remember ... no humans allowed on this forum ... ;-)

My human gave me the whole day off today (finally)!

I'm going away from Friday to Monday this week! (It turns out the endurance comp. is actually on Tuesday! Oops!)

Mom trimmed my mane yesterday ... I think she got a little too enthusiastic though ... I'm a bit concerned for the photo shoot on Saturday. The last thing I need is a bad hair day ...

Today I rest ... mom really worked those canter transitions yesterday. Things are looking up ... but I need a day to recuperate. Looks to be a beautiful one. I love spring ... snort>>
