A Bit About Me and my Horse(s)
April has owned, bred and shown countless horses throughout her lifetime, competing in various disciplines and breed categories. She trained and showed top horses for many clients in Arabian, Quarter Horse, Morgan, Appaloosa, Thoroughbred breed divisions, and English/Western - halter, flat, pleasure, reining and Hunter/Jumper, throughout North America.

April currently teaches throughout the BC Lower Mainland in the winter months, and in the spring to fall, April travels around Canada giving clinics and lectures. She is a CHA Level 3 English, Jumping and Western Instructor.

What salt block is best for horses?

Question: When we went to buy my new horse a salt block there were so many choices! I was told the brown one was best, then a customer in the store told me to buy the red one, so I didn’t buy anything! And they have blue and white ones too!! Help! Are the colors poisonous?…
