We are expecting Francisco ( Quico for short) again in March, I don't know the exact date yet. We have a small group of riders how join us for the lessons those weekends, riding different breeds like Lusitanos, PRE, Lippizaners, Trahkeners and sometimes I join with my Paint horse and my westernsaddle.
It's always great fun!

Welcome to the group. You have a very lovely Lusitano. This is definitely a very small world. I also trained with Francisco back in 2007 when I went with some friends to Portugal to train with him. The trip with short and I wished I had had more time with him. I am Portuguese myself and Portugal with my country of birth. I am not surprised that you have trained with him. He is probably a very well known international trainer. I really liked him and he helped me alot. When is he coming to your place again. There is a member on this group, Misti, if you find her on the members group, you will see she also trained with Francisco. She lives in Utah USA and has several Lusitanos, trained by the late Joao Oliveira.
Congratulations on your win.
Can you post some pictures of your horses.
