White Horse Coaching for riders and their horses

WHC offers seated sessions for riders. The side to side movement while riding causes the hips to rotate. This stimulates the fluid that flows up and down within the spinal column - from the base of the sacrum to the connection at the brain stem.  The nerves that are connected the length of the spine are stimulated as well, reaching out to all the limbs. This profoundly affects the connection between mind and body. It stimulates new thought processes, creating new neural pathways and connecting…See More

Releasing and Reclaiming

It is a cleansing feeling to let go of anything we are carrying in our lives that no longer serve us, that were put upon us by others, or that are harmful to us on any level - self limiting beliefs, relationships, behaviors, thoughts..things that are life effacing. White Horse Coaching offers an activity (or ceremony, if that word is meaningful), with the presence and support of a horse, to release these things and then to reclaim what affirms a person's life, desires, visions and passions.…See More

A Bit About Me and my Horse(s)
I work in the expanding field of equine guided/facilitated personal growth. There are many ways in which therapists, life coaches, rehabilitation professionals, and others are incorporating the grounded, body centered presence of a horse into their work with people from all walks of life. This includes the relationship between equestrians and their horses. Horses model for us living in the present as body centered beings. They understand and communicate with the world around them through their senses, fully aware of their environment. Highly sensitive to the emotional state of humans, horses respond as mirrors, reflecting what is true for a person, moment to moment. I am a life coach and my business is White Horse Coaching. I offer a supportive environment to observe and interact with horses for powerful experiences that provide insight into self limiting beliefs and behaviors that keep us from realizing our true nature, passions and abilities.

White Horse Coaching

Posted on November 7, 2011 at 9:00pm 0 Comments

We are truly blessed by the presence of horses in the world. My vision is that every person's life can be touched by the grounded presence and body centered awareness of a horse. In the work I do in Equine Facilitated Learning and Coaching, the horse is the teacher.  Horses model mindfulness, authentic relationship, partnership, community and being congruent. As a coach my wish is for clients to learn to be like a horse. When a person is body centered and present, they can access higher…

I find that if my e-mail account is not recognizing me when I log on to the web, this site, Barnmice, does not recognize me, and then I have to use my Barnmice password to be recognized.  When I can access my e-mail on my regular internet provider I have no problems here.

The Forum is different, I keep my password where I can find it, because I cannot remember it!  The Forum gives you a password when you join it.  You have to use your Forum password to post on the Forum.

I hope this helps.  I am basically a computer illiterate.

Ohhh, are you talking about introducing yourself in our forums? That is our sister site and you need to sign in separately. It should take you about two minutes.  I've tried to make it really easy - hopefully it is!!
