This stimulates the fluid that flows up and down within the spinal column - from the base of the sacrum to the connection at the brain stem. The nerves that are connected the length of the spine are stimulated as well, reaching out to all the limbs. This profoundly affects the connection between mind and body. ContinueI find that if my e-mail account is not recognizing me when I log on to the web, this site, Barnmice, does not recognize me, and then I have to use my Barnmice password to be recognized. When I can access my e-mail on my regular internet provider I have no problems here.
The Forum is different, I keep my password where I can find it, because I cannot remember it! The Forum gives you a password when you join it. You have to use your Forum password to post on the Forum.
I hope this helps. I am basically a computer illiterate.
