- Hi Lucy, that's really great to hear you're already doing some of the stretches in your fitness bootcamp. I run bootcamps in Kemptville where I'm based, and equestrian fitness classes...and alot of the focus in fitness these days is to 'undo' the tight areas created from sitting: at a desk, in the car etc...and this focus lines up really well with equestrian needs. If you're interested in being on my free equestrian fittips subscription list, just let me know.
