Somewhat....Lately I have to made sure there was someone in the arena with me when I ride so when he starts to do that the come after him with a lunge whip! lol. show season starts in a couple months so we will see how it works once we are not home.

For younger kids....jophurs and paddock boots with those strappy thingys are generally perfered.

Ok, so I’m use to riding saddleseat, and was always taught to ride and show saddleseat, so I don’t know all the rules for hunt seat. My step-daughter will be showing hunt seat lead-line this year and I want to make sure I know the rules for that. I sometimes see kids wearing tall boots, and sometimes see them with the strap thingys around the top of their calf. What do I do for a 6 year old? Or is it dependant upon experience? Or preference? yes...the saddle fits. His former owners are out of state and hard to get ahold of....so I'm basically on my own when it comes to figuring him out. I do try to take him outdoors as much as possible...it's just he get's nervous by…

- Magnetic therapy is a phenomenal aid. I have a dressage horse that had horrible arthritis in his hock, he was supposed to have surgery. I used a magnetic boot and within a weeks time he showed amazing improvement, to the point that I could ride him without any sign of pain or discomfort. He's healing rapidly with the daily use of the boot. I highly recommend magnetic therapy...
