Ray came home Friday! Yayyy! I think he likes the stall thing at night if not Im sure he will adjust..lol...Flashy looks forward to his pm meal and a good nights sleep in the winter and no way will he stay outside at night..As soon as it starts to get dark he screams for me....He is so funny..I turned them out together today and that little 14.2h Quarterhorse let that 16h monster know who was boss right off the bat..then he started doing reining cowhorse moves with him..loping circles keeping Ray to the inside like a cow..Poor Ray he sure could not keep up..esp with Flashys snappy rollbacks and sliding stops!!You could see Ray going huhhhh were did he go???...LOL...I was laughing so hard...Within an hour they were side by side the best of buddies:)) You were so right more whoa then go..that will make for a great trail horse! Itll take some getting use to having such a big boy to handle..its been just Flashy for so long...he looks like a little peanut beside Ray! Good thing he such a gentle soul..So far all is going very well:) He trailered very well and maybe in a week or two I can haul him to an arena to ride and start getting him use to that..he will be doing alot of trailering! Every year I go to the Ganaraska Forest with friends to trail ride and their is a Mrs Tufts on the site that runs a kennel, a bed and bale and breeds Canadians..how cool...I must look her up when I go..Anyway all is good, it was nice to here from you. How is your new mare making out?
