Dear Santa, I am writing in regards to the fact that my rider is busy writing her own letter to you.

The first thing I would like to request, is a big bag of carrots. Not baby carrots like what my girl gets me, but the biggest, fattest carrots you can get. I imagine Rudolph won't mind giving up a bag just this once. As much as I love those baby carrots, I do not think my girl realizes I can handle bigger carrots.

My girl wants to get a new blanket. It's silk and pink. PINK of all colors. I am a stallion, I do not do PINK or SILK for that matter. No, I would like the electric blue blanket with yellow lightning bolts instead. Although it won't match my girl's outfit, I'm sure she'll get over it promptly.

Radio. Of all things please do not bring this here when she requests it. I HATE that horrible classical stuff called music. Um, has she never heard of Miranda Lambert? Anyway, if you get her the radio, please only allow for country music.

Finally, the stall I have is across from a gorgeous mare named Feisty Frita , please allow us a casual walk in the moonlight. I suggest you leave the door to our stalls open when you come visit. Perhaps leave us some ginger snaps and fizzy water. We'll come back at the break of dawn.

And snow. Listen Santa, I am an Arabian horse. Dweller of deserts lover of heat. I don't do snow, ice or COLD.  If it doesn't  snow, you'll survive. I would appreciate wool booties for my hooves and a cotton blanket. Also, heated stall walls and water would be great. And a servant too.

Sincerely yours, Alphonso(or just Phonso)
