Thanks for the commiseration. In hind sight, he did not look at it when I brought it in (I should have insisted) and simply wrote down the info. I gave him and then later said it was false. Since the blanket is MIA, there is nothing I can do to repudiate his claims that it was not in good shape and not the type I said it was....I would rather have donated it to a horse charity than have this happen.

We did discuss the price: $90. Then he said he sold it for $40 and offered me nothing. It was a very upsetting thing.
