After my unfortunate experience at another area tack shop, I would like to say that the people at Baker’s were wonderful to me this past weekend. I had bought Molly mare another Rhino Wug, a heavy this time, and it was a tad too tight, although the same size as the light and the medium I got at Baker’s before....I took it back and without question the women there laid it out and measured it and ended up measuring at least three more and cheerfully repackaging them, which everyone knows is a pain, before coming to the decision that I should try one size up.....Sometimes the same brand of blankets fit differently, like blue jeans. We were there for at least half an hour on a busy day. Now Molly is toasty and warm in her blanket and I am pleased as punch with the service. In the horse biz, it is always good to say something nice whenever you have the chance!
