Building an Indoor Ring - any suggestions??

One of my clients is considering building an indoor arena on their property... they want something safe and economical. There seems to be many to choose from, but overall there are two main types - coverall types and solid steel type buildings.

What do you reccomend, who do you reccomend? I've explored many types:

When I lunge him I only have his halter on but the lead rein I clip off. If he has nothing on he is naughty! Anyway, I also use my voice, hands and some times lunging whip (to tap him wen he is lazy) with the string curled round it. He is really good and we have a really good bond. I only got him in May this year. Could u maybe give sum tips 2 help gain trust? Wuld be cool! =]
