Here are some abdominal exercises that you can perform in the barn or while you're going about your day to day routine.

These exercises will need to be upgraded at some point, so please check out my other video entitled "Basic Core Stability Exercises".

These exercises can be performed 10-20 times per day and can be done throughout the day.
