- Hello everyone!
I am an Athletic Therapist ( a cross between a personal trainer and a Physiotherapist) and an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (the advanced normalization of the entire body using soft-tissue techniques).
I specialize in all musculoskeletal injuries ranging from chronic back pain to dislocations and fractures. My clientele includes weekend warriors to Olympic level athletes (including some of the members of the Women's Olympic Hockey team: Go Girls Go!).
I assess, treat, educate all of my clientele on their specific body imbalances and work with them to make them better athletes.
I've always been a fan of riding but have never been able to have it as a hobby. Currently, I treat numerous riders in retraining their bodies to sit better in their saddle and how to cross train to make their riding even better.
In my spare time, I work out of Women's College Hospital, teach Karate and have my private practice from home.
In my other spare time I am a mom to two beautiful children, Nathaniel (2 years old) and Vittoria (8 months old).

The Ninth New York Cavalry has been reactivated by ain the portrayal of the life of the Federal Horse Soldier. As a group, we participate in living history encampments, re-enactments, and giving informative lectures throughout the year in both Ontario and the U.S.
