This video is designed for anyone that has a pre-existing shoulder problem (like a supraspinatus tear or chronic dislocation).
If you have a chronic dislocation of the shoulder, then please do not stretch the shoulder as it's already over-stretched. Please perform all of the strengthening exercises, beginning with 1 set of 10.
For all other shoulder injuries, begin the stretching program 2-3 times per day and hold them for 30 seconds. The strengthening exercises can be done daily but start with 1 set of 10.
