I read your post about injuries etc...I had horrendous problems with my back and hips, and difficulties with keeping my hips straight in the saddle. At 52, I was facing perhaps not being able to ride any more, and as an equine industry professional that was a very sobering thought! Rather than accept that idea, and continue to live on massive doses of anti-inflammatories, I contacted Heather Sansom of EquiFitt about my issues. Heather's analysis and subsequent unmounted training program has resolved ALL of my pain and straightness issues. If you go back and read my original post on Claire's injury site you'll get an idea of my injury history, which is extensive. I sincerely urge you to contact Heather about your back/hip issues, and I hope you find the same relief I did!
