A Bit About Me and my Horse(s)
I love guiding and assisting people (and all species, really) to their fullest potential and expression of their heart.

In 2013 I wrote a book called Listen Like A Horse: Relationships Without Dominance, which is essentially a distillation of my awareness shared through various narratives. Most people feel it is permission for them to actually trust their own senses and be okay with being kind and gentle with themselves and in their relationships. You can see an earlier version of me on youtube in my video, How To Help Your Horse Feel Safe With You, which has nearly 500k views!

Today I get to dance with Alsea, a very talented Lipizzan mare. It's been years since I've ridden consistently, so I'm kind of like a beginner operating at a very high level of understanding and knowledge - we just need to remind my body how to move fluidly! I'm just about the luckiest kid in the world.

I'm also assisting the growth and expansion of Cheval Amour (www.chevalamour.com), a small clothing line that is eco- and ethical, created by an environmental engineer who is passionate about her love affair with horses.

In general, it's my natural expression to assist wherever I can, to bring awareness, light and tools to others so that they have every opportunity to flourish. Working at every level of consciousness, how can I best assist?
