I need advice

Well here I am stuck again between my dreams and my sisters potential. So here's what's going on: There's this place, a house, on 30 acres of land. (Yes, I said 30!!!!) It's a beautiful house with rolling green pastures. It's supper affordable and is about an hour form Cincinnati OH. Here's the problem: My sister the dancer, and Mom the dreamer.
