Thank you for inviting me to join this group. I have an elderly jack russell terrier, two cats and a horse. I adore my animals as they are my friends. My dog almost died two years ago, of a blood disorder and he had to have a blood transfusion. He is on medication and I am just dreading the day I have to put him down. He is 11 and a half and I am hoping he has a couple of more years.

I would love to rescue animals. I wish I had the property to rescue them because that is one of my dreams to have a sanctuary.

Hello, I do love my animals... they are my friends... I feel like Fern in Charlottes Web.. just want to hang in the barnyard. :)

Hi Rachel,
Thanks for inviting me to join this group. I have lots of animals; horses, ponies, dogs and cats. Three of the horses are rescues and they are terrific. 3 of the dogs are rescues. And the two cats were caught as feral kittens but don't tell them that because they are real pets. We also have animals that are not rescues and everyone gets along well.
