Geez Frances! That sux :P I also prefer heat 2 cold, but not extreme heat!!!

Too hot to do anything. The horses stay in the cool barn all day and go out in the evening. The pastures are almost done. With no rain, everything has gone very dry and brown. I prefer the heat to the cold but I will be glad when it is a bit more temperate! Keep cool everyone.

During the Canada Day week end we exhibited one of our mares at the Antique Power Show. The show features all kinds of old antique farm equipment and transportation. It was very hot but it was worth the feedback we got from people that came to see what a Canadian Horse looks like. The pictur of our mare is below.
