Annette Willson AKA AussieAnnie

Hi Everyone
I am a single parent of 3 boys.
I am a Physiotherapist running my own business in Clare South Australia.
I have a special interest in pain management and have an extremely good success rate with my patients.
I am a passionate horse rider and have competed up to international level.
I combined my education with my skill and developed an exercise program for horse riders.
I now market this across the www. in an E-book form.
I am here to meet and greet and find help to sell my product. I believe every rider who follows it will be a better rider and I guarantee it.

Pilates For Horse Riders

This is my passion and teaching other riders to ride well is my aim.

My program Applied Posture Riding is becoming an extremely popular program followed by horse riders all over the world.

Horse riding is my passion and my skill. Physiotherapy is my work. I have combined the two and developed an exercise program specifically for horse riders. I guarantee it will improve every horse rider.

Hello Annette. I am an Aussie too, and also work in health (nurse / paramedic). I lived in SA for years and love Clare. Your business sounds fantastic, I wish you all the best.

Feldenkrais doesn't take a long time,.In my program lessons can begin to help riders very quickly and by the nature of the work it gets at the root of movement and balance problems rather than treating symptoms. At times in one lesson my students realize vast improvements and in a 3 or 4 day clinic people not only ride better they have better awareness and a body of movement lessons they can continue to use to increase awareness, fluidity and balance. Yes, too bad we are so far away, I would like to have a conference for people working with riders. There are different approaches and it would be nice to learn from each other.

I would love to know more about your work. i basically apply Feldenkrais work to riding and it's very effective and exciting.
