Dear Lynne, I would love to be your "reviewer" for Cavalia. The sheer magnitude of the production fascinates me and I have heard that the care and attention for the animals is extraordinary. Cheers, Mazell
Thanks for your encouragement. I'm an advertising writer, and have taken the Equine Journalism course with U of G, but my challenge is coming up with topics to write about. Aside from writing,I have no area of expertise, just a deep passion for horses.
I'm currently doing an online course with Carolyn Resnick, learning her Uberstreichen Exercises. Perhaps I could journal about my progress, and provide some posts in a month or two.
In the meantime, if you have any assignments for me, let me know!

HI Admin ,
I am glad you enjoyed the Equi-yoga photos . I would be honored to have you use them as long as you state where they are from and who took them. Let me know which ones you like and I can send you the info. I have some other good ones too if you would like me to send them on.
I sent Pamela Hudson a copy of my book, The Trouble with Being a Horse, for review in November. The price of the book has changed to $13.95 CAD/ $12.95 US in case she has yet to review it (I don't know how to get in touch with her personally). Apologies for the inconvenience.
Thanks for your concern guys, we are a vrey long way from the floods in Queensland.. Do know people up there of course, fortunately none of them have been affected directly.
There is an amaising amount of water coming down the Brisbane River. I t all flows the other way from us , we are about 3000 miles away. The floods in Toowomba will eventually reach this state, in about 2-3 months, it will cause some problems as the Murrey River is as full as it has ever been. Will have lots of time to prepare for that though. Even so it will still not effect us as we are about 30miles from it.
Thanks so much for the warm welcome, looking forward to sitting down with a coffee over the next couple of days and working everything out, and get some reading done! :D
Thank you. That is Angel. She was adopted after being a brood mare for many years. wasn't used to being handled so was in the adoption programme for a year to get her used to people. She has been home with us for 17 months now and we have seen her confidence grow in leaps and bounds. Right now we are doing Parelli with her and some clicker training. My daughter rides her bareback with just the rope halter. She is a delightful gal with huge spirit. :)
Thanks! That's Joey (named so because he looked like a baby kangaroo with his long dangly legs!). He was the first foal I bred myself and he's just turned four - all grown up and ready for training now! :)
Horse camping is great fun. It is my time to relax with no phones too interupt our fun. The trails are great and the company that I have is fantastic. I don't ride English but like to watch the things they do. A friend of mine has just started lessons and really enjoys it.
Thanks. That's one of my favorite pics of Tina (The 17 year old AQHA). That's how she works....framed up, and tuned in to me. I love that girl. Very Special.
hi guys, it's been a very wet summer so far, lots of ruined hay. There has been a lot of floods in the eastern states, some deaths even. Going up the Murray river for Xmas, so hoping for some sunshine!! Show season starts on the 2nd, hoping to be ready for that, just gotten the team back in work so it might be interesting!! Will post some pics. Cheers Geoffrey
