Well better to be an achor than a leaky dingy. lol I would miss my computer dearly if I did not have it down in Florida with me...that is how I stay tuned to what is going on all over.

That is a good thing. I feel like you are my Barnmice anchor. We found each other fairly early on. Gail.

LOL Gail...I am so lucky to have the life that I live. I own the farm that I was born and raised on, and I have family members nearby that take over when I am gone. My sister does most of the "looking after" and brother and nephew come into the picture if some heavy duty stuff has to be done in the barn like throwing hay down on the ground level. My sister is not strong enough to do that but she loves the animals. I have access to horses down in Florida next door if I so desire. I also know enough horse people down there that I can get a horse to ride. Sometimes I lease other times there is a horse that needs exercising and I am there. I do live a charmed life for sure.

Eileen: You old fox! Who looks after your horses when you run away on us for the winter. What kind of business is that leaving all the old farts to fend through the winter while you enjoy the joys of Florida. Poor us! Gail.

Thanks, Eileen - fun sounds good to me! I envy your being able to ride Canadian trails but then I'm fortunate to be only a short distance from Exmoor and Dartmoor which are both wonderful.

I tried to welcome Hazel-Ann to the group but I guess she has messages blocked so I will do it here...Welcome to the club Hazel-Ann, it does not matter how long that you have ridden, the object of the game is to enjoy ones self. Have fun girl.
