Beautiful Draft Cross Mare for sale
9 Year old 16.2 Draft Cross Sport Horse Mare - Bay with 4 white feet - very flashy - approved CSHA - has had 2 foals and was 2009 Ontario CSHA Progeny Champion Mare. Under saddle since August 2009 - has shown at combined trials and one event so far. Very calm and consistent. Hacks alone or in a group.... Also trained to drive. From Shady Maple Farms. Very sweet horse with a wonderful attitude.

No vices, no health issues and perfect manners. Both foals can be seen onsite.

Asking $6000. Price will increase with training. Picks at

Chiron qualifies as a draft cross - Belgian/Morgan, but does he measure up? He will turn 3 years old this weekend and I just bought him a 60" english girth - eeks! Great thing about a draft - he is as gentle as a lamb!

Maureen, Your filly looks super! Thanks for posting pictures of her. We are still waiting for our first foal of the year. Due today, but looking like it will be next week. I guess that is good as we are at a dressage show this weekend and I show at 8am and 5pm, so will be there all day.

Hi Everyone, Just wanted to let you know if you know of anyone looking for a draft cross - out of a (Northern Dancer )TB mare by a clyde stallion from Budwiser Team. He is coming 5 and a real pleasure and delight to work with. He is as good away from home as he is at home. loves people, a dream horse. He is a friend forever. He is a great companion and will follow you like a puppydog. You can see him on www.equestriandreams.ca

Lucy, the black and white horse that I ride, is paint/percheron and we show hunters but she shows more of the paint than the percheron.
