I think you are right, if every one in the group picks their best photo and puts it on the site we can all decide witch is best and that can be the photo. Here's mine:

GYMNASTIC SHOW JUMPING Here are a few general comments before we discuss some exercises to improve both you and your horse over the jumps. Set these exercises up where possible using 12 foot rails , if you are not sure of your horse , make the fence too low rather than too high. While practicing the exercises keep your eyes fixed on where you want the horse to go in the NEXT few strides. Remember rhythm, the most important part, most of the exercises here will be in trot, think of a clock ticking for you trot rhythm. For all cavellitti work your horse should wear leg protection, as he may knock his legs while learning to step over the rails. After you have warmed your horse up at the walk , trot and canter, trot into the exercise marked 1 on the picture. this will produce a working trot in most horses. If your horse is very green , pull the first and third rails out. this will produce a 9-foot distance between two rails . Horses find this exercise easy, and soon become stable and regular at the trot. Then put the 4 rails together and work in both directions. Sometimes horses will try to jump the whole lot, make sure you are keeping the trot slow and steady. After you have established your horses rhythm and balence at #1, proceed to #2. Work on a circle through this exercise. Keep your horse in the middle of the rails, the length of his stride should be the same as #1. Once you have GOTTEN THIS SMOOTH ,then you can get closer to the 3-foot end of the rails , and let your horse angle away from the centre of the circle. So you will be going from a shorter to a longer distance, this will make you horse take a longer stride, make sure you keep the trot, going from working trot to some lenghening maybe even some extended trot. Do this both directions. Now try going from the longer distance to the shorter one, so the horse is taking longer steps back to a working trot,or even a slightly collected trot. Having succesfully gone both ways over #2, including being able to angle both ways, go to #3. Exercise #3 will produce the sencation of extended trot, you may find that starting with only 3 rails to begin with is easier for the horse ,you can add the 4th rail when it is smooth and easy .This might take a couple of days of this type of work, don't be in too much of a hurry to get the 4th rail. After a short break, try #4. these 4 rails ,4-feet apart, will produce the sensation of a collected trot. All these exercises can be ridden in rising or sitting trot, but you should definitely use rising trot until you and your horse become as one with them. Again , practice both ways until your horse is relaxed and steady in his rhythm and balence, and able to deal with the rails without any interruption in the flow of his movement. This is a good start to Gymnastis jumping . A little later I WILL SHARE the next steps. Have fun
