We all were beginners at one time. I assure you that your seat over the jump is better that mine was oh so long ago when I started learning to jump.
I am hoping to start hopping over some small jumps this winter. It will be hard for me because of my MS, but I've been working hard on the stability of my lower leg and gripping with my upper calf. This will be my first jump in over 30 years. I hope I look as good as you do! I know I won't be perfect.
