Yes it is sad about Farrah. But yeah for Ryan O'Neil to be there at her side all of this time.

A non-horsey subject, but has anyone else been thinking about Farrah Fawcett? She was the "it" girl as I was growing up and I'm feeling really sad that she is in her last days. Many years ago, I was backpacking in Europe and stumbled upon the Cannes Film Festival. Farrah was there, and I remember seeing her come into the hotel. She was just a tiny little thing, wearing denim overalls. I remember she was always being chased by photographers and she came into the hotel and ran straight up the main stairs to her room as fast as she could, her famous hair bouncing as she ran. Ironically she looked like she was desperate for privacy.

She was so young and looked like a perfect little Barbie doll. Stunning with no make-up at all.

Welcome Lisa, so glad you are doing well now! From your photo, it looks like you are having much success with your horse!

Hi, my friend Shirley told me about this group and it sounds like it's right up my alley. I'm coming back to riding after many years. It's also been a great part of rebuilding my body after cancer. My husband now rides too so it's been a great thing for both of us.

Hey, Bastian - that's super news! Keep up the good work!

I'm packing today for Chicago - hopefully the weather will be good. The last time I was there I saw a tornado hit the city while I was on the 10th floor of a department store. It was an amazing experience, and definitely not one I'd like to have again at a competition venue!

Have a great week, everyone! I'll try to catch up when I get home...

hoping we get to see it this weekend. OH and I are off to Equinex a horse expo in Canberra (Australia) to raise money for horse rescue, great cause.

Im having a stand with my artwork. as we're staying with my aunty for 2 nights and going out do dinner with her the first night we thought we'd go and see Star Trek as we both love sci fi

Speaking of the Star Trek movie. My 13-year-old son, who has never seen a Star Trek movie in his life, said it was the most amazing movie he's ever seen! He said that the beginning was really confusing (maybe you have to be more familiar with Star Trek to "get it"), but once he caught on to it, he loved it.
